Why real estate teams use LPagery
Your listing data, published as pages
Keep listings up to date
Prices and availability change often. Edit the spreadsheet and LPagery updates the page.
Rank for local searches
Neighborhood and city pages bring in buyers who search for homes in a specific area.
Create a page per property
Every row in your listing file becomes its own page with photo, price and agent.
Show the right photos
An image column puts each property's own photo on its page and sets the featured image.

How it worksCustom post types
ProLPagery can create the pages as a custom post type, such as Locations or Listings, instead of regular pages.

What to plan for with listing and area pages
Listings come and go, so plan how pages are added, updated and removed before you create the first set.
Decide between listing and area pages
Listing pages help buyers who know what they want. Neighborhood pages such as "homes for sale in {area}" bring in buyers who are still searching, and they stay live when listings sell.
Keep sold listings in mind
With Google Sheet Sync, deleting a row removes the page. You can also keep the page and change its status column to Sold.
Use real photos per listing
Add an image column so every page shows the right property photos and featured image.
Write area details once
Schools, transport and local amenities can sit in a column per neighborhood and appear on every page for that area.
Real estate questions
- Can I import listings from my CRM?
LPagery reads CSV files, Excel files and Google Sheets. If your CRM can export one of these, you can create pages from the export.
- How do I remove a page when a listing sells?
With Google Sheet Sync, delete the row in the sheet and LPagery removes the page. You can also keep the page and change the price or status column to Sold.
- Can every listing have a different set of images?
Yes. Add the image file names to the source file and LPagery places the matching images on each page.
- Is there a limit to how many listings I can create?
There is no page limit. You can create hundreds or thousands of pages from one source file.
