LPagery for agencies

Location pages for every client, built in an afternoon

Design one template page in the client's page builder and fill a spreadsheet with one row per town. LPagery creates the pages, and later changes are a spreadsheet edit.

Why agencies use LPagery

More pages per project, less work per page

  • Deliver more pages per project

Build a page for every service and town a client covers without writing each page by hand.

  • Keep the client's design

LPagery works with Elementor, Gutenberg, Divi and other page builders, so the pages use the template you designed.

  • Update everything from one file

When a client changes a phone number or adds a town, you edit the spreadsheet and update the pages in one run.

  • Set SEO fields per page

Titles, meta descriptions and slugs take placeholders too, and LPagery fills them in Yoast SEO or Rank Math for every page.

How it works

How a client project works

The setup most agencies use for a local service client, shown with a plumber who covers towns across Yorkshire.

Example

A plumbing client with five towns

Click through the rows to see the page LPagery creates from each one, or switch to the template to see where the placeholders go.

Each row becomes one page. Click a row to see its page.

Every column name becomes a placeholder on the template page, so {nearby-areas} on the template shows "Headingley, Roundhay, Chapel Allerton" on the Leeds page.

What to plan for on client sites

Generated pages rank when each one is useful for the town it targets. These are the points agencies ask us about most.

Make every page different

Changing only the city name gives Google little reason to rank the page. Add local columns such as nearby areas, prices, photos or reviews, or use spintax for varied wording.

Pick real search terms

Check which service and town combinations people search for before you create pages, and skip the ones with no demand.

Link the pages

Add a parent page or an areas-we-serve list that links to every generated page, so visitors and Google can find them.

Agree who edits the data

With Google Sheet Sync the client can edit the sheet and LPagery updates the pages. Without it, changes go through you.

Agency questions

Can I use LPagery on client sites?

Yes. Each plan covers a set number of sites: Standard and Extended come with 1 or 3 sites, and Ultimate has no site limit. Pick the plan that matches how many client sites you run it on.

Does it work with the page builder my client uses?

LPagery works with Elementor, Gutenberg, Divi and other major page builders, and with any WordPress theme. You design the template page in the builder you already use.

Can my client update the pages themselves?

Yes, with Google Sheet Sync. The client edits the Google Sheet and LPagery updates the pages, so they never need to open the WordPress editor.

How many pages can I create for one client?

There is no page limit. You can create hundreds or thousands of pages from one source file.
