Refund and Return Policy

This Refund and Return Policy explains when refunds are available for the Homepage Design service purchased from LPagery Services – Jonas Lindemann.

This policy applies to business customers only.

1. Digital service

The Homepage Design service is a digital design service. No physical goods are shipped.

2. Full refund if you do not approve the design preview

You are eligible for a 100% refund if you review the design preview and confirm that you do not like the design.

To request a refund, reply to the preview email and clearly state that you do not approve the design and want a refund.

3. No refund after approval

Once you confirm in writing that you like the design, approve it, or request delivery of the final files, the payment becomes non-refundable.

Examples of approval include replies such as:

  • "Approved"
  • "Looks good"
  • "Proceed"
  • "I like it"
  • "Send the file"

4. How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method used at checkout.

Refund processing times depend on your payment provider and bank. In most cases, refunds are completed within 5 to 10 business days.

5. Chargebacks

If there is any issue with the service, please contact us first so we can resolve it quickly.

Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may delay resolution, since payment processors require formal dispute handling.
