These Homepage Design Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern the purchase and delivery of the Homepage Design service provided by LPagery Services – Jonas Lindemann.
By purchasing this service, the Client agrees to be legally bound by these Terms.

Client
The business entity purchasing the Homepage Design service via Stripe checkout.
2. Business customers only
The Client confirms that it is purchasing the service strictly for business purposes and not as a consumer. Consumer protection laws do not apply to this service.
3. Scope of service
The Service Provider provides a design-only homepage redesign service.
This service includes no website development, hosting, deployment, or technical implementation.
3.1 Included services
The following services are included:
- Redesign of one homepage only
- Desktop, tablet, and mobile homepage design
- Minor copy refinements based on existing content
- Optional creation of a new color palette and font selection, if selected by the Client
- One primary design direction
- Interactive preview website or prototype for review
- Delivery of the final design as a Figma file
3.2 Branding scope
The Client may choose between:
- Using existing brand colors and fonts, or
- Creating a new color palette and font combination
The following are not included:
- Logo design or logo changes
- Brand strategy
- Brand guidelines
- Brand identity systems
4. Excluded services
Unless expressly agreed in writing, the following are excluded:
- HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or other development
- Hosting or server services
- Deployment or publishing to a live domain
- CMS setup
- Accessibility compliance
- SEO guarantees or ranking promises
- Conversion guarantees
- Ongoing maintenance or support
Any further services may be quoted separately under a separate agreement.
5. Timeline and project start
The Service Provider will deliver the homepage design within 48 Business Hours.
The timeline begins only after:
- Full payment has been received, and
- The Client has submitted all required information via the provided Google Form questionnaire.
Business Hours are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in Germany.
Delays caused by incomplete or missing Client information extend the timeline accordingly.
6. Revisions and feedback
6.1 Included revisions
This service includes one revision round.
A revision round consists of:
- One consolidated feedback email from the Client, and
- One implementation of that feedback by the Service Provider.
Fragmented feedback sent in multiple messages may be treated as multiple revision rounds.
6.2 Feedback method
All feedback must be submitted by email only to projects@lpagery.io.
There is no fixed feedback deadline. Extended inactivity may delay project completion.
7. Preview, approval, and refund policy
7.1 Preview stage
Before delivering the full Figma file and interactive preview access, the Service Provider will provide a visual preview or screenshots of the homepage design.
7.2 Refund eligibility
If the Client confirms that it does not like the design, the payment is fully refundable.
If the Client confirms in writing that it likes the design, the payment becomes non-refundable.
Written confirmation includes email replies such as "Approved", "Looks good", or similar approval statements.
7.3 Final delivery
After approval, the Service Provider will deliver:
- The complete Figma design file, and
- Access to the interactive preview or deployed preview website.
8. Pricing and payment
The price for this service is a fixed fee as displayed at checkout.
100 percent payment is due upfront.
No work will begin until payment is received in full.
9. Intellectual property rights
9.1 Ownership
Upon final delivery, the Client receives full ownership of the homepage design.
9.2 Retained rights
The Service Provider retains the right to reuse:
- Generic layouts
- Design patterns
- Components
- Structural concepts
Reused elements will not include the Client's branding, content, or confidential information.
10. Credit toward full website project
If the Client later engages the Service Provider for a full website redesign and development project, 100 percent of the homepage design fee will be credited toward that project.
This credit applies only to future projects with the Service Provider and has no cash value.
11. Client responsibilities
The Client agrees to:
- Provide accurate and lawful content
- Complete the questionnaire truthfully and promptly
- Ensure that all provided materials do not infringe third-party rights
12. Warranty disclaimer
The service is provided on an "as is" basis.
The Service Provider does not guarantee:
- Conversion results
- SEO performance
- Business outcomes
- Accessibility compliance
13. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- The Service Provider is not liable for indirect or consequential damages
- Total liability is limited to the total amount paid for this service
Nothing limits liability for fraud or intentional misconduct.
14. Termination
Either Party may terminate the service in writing prior to final delivery.
Refunds, if applicable, are governed by Section 7 of these Terms.
15. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany.
The courts of Germany have exclusive jurisdiction.
16. Entire agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the Parties regarding the Homepage Design service.
If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
